("LMS") was established by Sue Farquharson, Mike Kennedy and Bruce Raath to
provide technical training and mentoring support to staff of consulting and
contracting companies in the engineering field.
LMS is
focused primarily on the improvement of young technical graduates to assist
in their development into employees who are valued by their employers.
Our personnel are all Professional Engineers
who have backgrounds in
contracting, consulting and technical training as well as mentoring.
We offer :

One-on-one mentoring to
assist Candidates through the process of professional registration as per
the requirements of the professional bodies ~ Engineering Council of South
Africa (ECSA), South African Council for Project and Construction Management
Professions (SACPCMP), etc.

Assistance to registered
professionals in terms of their Renewal of Registration and Continuing
professional Development ("CPD") with the above-mentioned professional
bodies.

Specialised technical
training courses, written and presented by specialists in their technical
field and accredited for CPD points by the relevant professional bodies.

Technical mentoring of
undergraduate staff who need support in specific subjects.

technical value to the expertise of our Clients’ engineering staff.
